I consider the communities of Manchester and Hampstead, located in Northeastern Carroll County, an excellent place to live and would love to share with you my enthusiasm for the many neighborhoods that encompass it. 

I was the president and vice president of the Manchester Area Merchants Association www.ManchesterAreaMerchantAssoc.org from 1999-2011, was on the Manchester Planning and Zoning Commission for six years, am a former president of the PTSO of North Carroll High School and served on the Board of Directors of the Carroll County Chamber of Commerce. I have also taught the Code of Ethics for the Carroll County Association of Realtors. I enjoy volunteering in the community where I've raised my four daughters and established my miniature horse farm.
